Uncle Dick Says Insurgency Is In "Last Throes"...Will End By 2009...
I can't believe they propped up Cheney to come up with this brilliant piece of logical gymnastics.
It seems to me, if the insurgency is its final stages, it would end in about a year at the most...
But, alas, Uncle Dick says uneqivocally: "4 More years!!!"
