Judge John Roberts: You Figure It Out...

At first glance, I see that he was Ken Starr's bitch and a judge for a whopping 2 years. It sounds like he's anti-choice as well. Not really "mainstream", since most Americans are pro-choice.

But whatever...People like John over at AmericaBlog and Tim at SwingStateProject will be a much better resource than me for this kind of thing...

Besides, I'm gonna keep watching this story. It's more interesting...
White House deputy chief of staff Karl Rove did not disclose that he had ever discussed CIA officer Valerie Plame with Time magazine reporter Matthew Cooper during Rove’s first interview with the FBI, according to legal sources with firsthand knowledge of the matter.

The omission by Rove created doubt for federal investigators, almost from the inception of their criminal probe into who leaked Plame's name to columnist Robert Novak, as to whether Rove was withholding crucial information from them, and perhaps even misleading or lying to them, the sources said.
Lying to the FBI. Really smart, Hot Karl...

UPDATE: One other quick note on Roberts. I saw Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-TX) talking about how great it was that Roberts went to Harvard and was very intellectual.

I may be wrong, but during the 2004 elections, I though conservatives thought Harvard was a liberal den of sin and that being intellectual was almost as bad as being a terrorist.

The wheel keeps turning...
