Bush To Recess Appoint Known Liar Bolton...
So Senate Democrats (and Republican George Voinovich) get the goods on John Bolton and hold up his nomination because he's a (oh, what's the word) scuzzbucket.
As a result, President Bush feels the need to flex his dwindling lame-duck muscles and recess appoint Bolton to the United Nations.
Check out this letter sent to Bush from Senate Democrats taking Bolton to task for supposedly "forgetting" he had been interviewed by the State Department's Inspector General during the investigation into Bush's claim about uranium being sought by Iraq.
Way to go, George. Use what's left of your power to give a free ride to a guy who's a bigger asshole than you are...
