100% Of GOP Senators Don't Give A Shit...

Despite the backing of a strong majority of Americans, Senate Republicans stayed true to their master yesterday and voted against creating an independent commission (a la the 9/11 Commission) to investigate the federal government's neglegent response to the worst natural disaster in US history.

After all, what good is learning from your mistakes, if it makes Dear Leader look like a disconnected jackass in the process?

UPDATE: You can change that healine to "100% of GOP Senators and GOP Congressmen Don't Give A Shit" now that the GOP House has voted along party lines to begin a "bipartisan investigation" into the aftermath of Katrina, not an independent one.
