Don't call him a moderate...

You can call Rudy Giuliani a lot of things, but from this day forward don't ever call him a moderate. Not when he's getting this kind of endorsement...

Pat Robertson, the television evangelist and Christian Coalition founder, endorsed Republican White House hopeful Rudy Giuliani for president when the two men appeared together at the National Press Club in Washington on Wednesday.

Robertson said he decided to endorse Giuliani because he was "a proven leader who is not afraid of what lies ahead and who will cast a hopeful vision for all Americans."

"In all of the crises which confront our nation and the world, we need a leader with a bold vision who is not afraid to tackle the challenges ahead," Robertson said.
In a strange twist of events, the guy that can't stop talking about 9/11 now has the support of a man that thinks 9/11 was a well-deserved act of retribution against America by an angry God. He even felt that supporters of abortion rights and gay rights (like Rudy used to be) bore some responsibility for the attacks.

Great company, Rudy...
