If I Can't Have a Waterboarder
...then I don't want an Attorney General. So seems to say our Doofus-In-Chief. Keep in mind, however, that it will take only one Democratic Senator on the Committee to see that his nomination is forwarded to the floor of the Senate, where he is likely to be confirmed. Even if all Committee Dems vote against, it could still go to the full Senate. It is a surprise that this nomination is in trouble. And a great disappointment that that Mukasey decided on a lawerly dodge on waterboarding.
