A Black Hole for Wishful Spending
Would it be good to combat the nurturing of terrorists in Pakistan? Yes it would. If we throw 3/4 of a billion dollar$ at it would it be used for that purpose? No it would not. The Pakistani government cannot control this region and may not be all that interested in pursuing terrorists anyway. This is $750 million we need not spend now and not until we can be sure it does not help organise, train, and equip our enemies should it be spent at all.
