So, who goes to jail???
The Huckabilly wants to amend the Constitution to define every fertilized egg in America as a person.
So, my question is this:
If a woman decides to have an abortion, who should serve the jail sentence for killing the baby? The woman? The father? The doctor? Who?
It seems to me that the anti-choice crowd is quick to criminalize these personal decisions, but are very slow to define who the criminals are and how they should be punished...
UPDATE: The Virginia House of Delegates has passed a bill to felonize not just abortion, but miscarriage, as well. Welcome to the Stone Age!!!
