Schneider & Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse
Amazing beer. Unexpected marriage of hops and weisse-bier, working way beyond expectations. I am currently drinking the Brooklyn version of this beer, which has the same German wheat and Schneider's yeast, but then getsdry-hopped with Palisade and Amarillo hops. Happy Friday!
