My new favorite website...
Few things excite me as much as a well-executed movie montage from a circa-80's flick.
You know the movie montage. It's the part of the movie where the protagonist has to get ready to face the BIG challenge. It could be a championship fight, completing a laser beam project, or something as stupid as going shopping.
MovieMontage.com has catalogued many of the greatest montages of the 80's and beyond.
It's used to be the crescendo of many movies, but sadly, the movie montage is in danger of becoming a lost art.
My all-time favorite montage comes from "Real Genius", a criminally underrated 80's movie that is quite simply littered with great montages...
