Palin installed a tanning bed in the governor's mansion...
Sure, she paid for it herself, but John Edwards paid for his $400 haircut and we all know how much fun the media had with that non-issue.
Besides, she's just folksy haaaackey maaaaam. What use could she find in such an extravagant item?
P.S. If you're keeping score at home, the GOP ticket now includes a candidate who's had cancer, and another who's apparently hoping to get it...
