Happy to accept tens if not hundreds of millions per year in Defense spending, Kansans are to skittish to have terrorists locked up in the military facilities that prop up their state economy.

Sure, you can close the detention center at Gitmo, just don't use the expensive first rate facility in our state because we, unlike our constituents, are ChickenHawks.
