Why Republicans are so effective at peddling bullshit...

Because they will believe any lie, no matter how big, as long as it makes a Democrat look bad, and a Republican look good...

CNN's Mary Matalin:

I was there, we inherited a recession from President Clinton, and we inherited the most tragic attack on our own soil in our nation's history. And President Bush dealt with it. And within a year of his presidency at this comparable time, unemployment was at 5 percent. And we were creating jobs.

Got that? President George W. Bush inherited a recession that began two months into his presidency, and the 9-11 attacks, which happened eight months into his presidency.

I also find it hard to believe that Republicans are willing to blame President Obama for a failed terrorist attack, but not President Bush for a terrorist attack that killed over 3000 people.

I guess lies are all the GOP has left at this point anyway...
