I'm surprised it took so long, though I thought Rand Paul was faithfully parroting the "Libertarian" view on racial equality. It's only now that there is a political price to pay for voting for a nutbag like Paul that the "Libertarians" respond. One can only hope that PA voters realize that Toomey is just about as nutty.
